New Riff Bottled in Bond Rye

Bottled in bond at 100 proof, this Kentucky straight rye whiskey is aged at least four years and made from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted rye. The palate opens with cinnamon spice, vanilla and sweet toffee, building to a bold mouthfeel of rich rye spice and caramel, with a nose of black pepper, mint and orange.
