Our first and original recipe and our first gold medal winner! It was created from a bourbon mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malt. It delivers an amber marriage of dried apricot, candied almonds, caramel, and rich cacao with a bouquet of salted caramel banana bread and a smooth though distinct long finish.
